We got plenty of hints showing Al loves Niffty genuinely. The roach crown he kept (the only personal belonging besides booze&cigs we saw he keeps), he stopped the fight when Val had her at gunpoint, they are paired in merch a lot. Something will come out of it all.

When I think of it better, the way #Lucifer's and #Alastor's predicament is handled by other characters is actually sadly realistic. When everybody is used to you being reliable, strong, independent, nobody even considers that *sometimes* you *might* appreciate a helping hand, and you bleed alone.

Alastor is like a cat. A stray cat. For him, creepy touching is only ok if HE does it on HIS terms and sure as fuck not when someone else does it to HIS favourite?/chosen?/marked?/ who tf knows?/people. 😁

Niffty's heart is somehow always in the right place. She's like a cat who feels exactly where or whom to go to, even when the appearance of things isn't promising. Her character evolution is one of the best in the show. She grew to be easily one of my favourite characters. ❤️

Exactly this. Just a frame of her holding Lucifer during Pentious' broadcast instead of him sliding out of consciousness in the corner, or her looking at Alastor ONCE while still holding Emily, would suffice.

After seeing S2 I don't think a single person aside Rosie can handle Alastor. Honorable mention to Emily for being the only one to acknowledge hom as a human being worth saving.
