if we are worried about getting to lane too fast with jungle starters, think a simple fix is to decrease the time between camps spawning from 5s before waves meet to 10s before waves meet

ok general smite 2 rambly thoughts:

Obviously ADCs are overtuned, but Nemean i think is sleeper busted, need to keep an eye on that item while IMO reducing Attack Speed across hunter items. Also, dagger of frenzy needs a CD increase for sure
