As a person fascinated by bad movies, I did feel the compulsion to watch this one. At the same time the corporate commercial element and the weird right wing bias makes this one significantly more insidious feeling than your average bad film. It kinda sucks that it's in amazon's top ten movies now.

To compound onto that, the film is structured as a kind of screen recording of a desktop computer but done where the frame zooms in and out on different windows and popups. If you're not getting motion sick, you're being treated to a visual representation of anxiously juggling too much information.

One of my hobbies is having on terrible movies while I work. With that in mind, I cannot in good conscience recommend Amazon Prime's "War of the Worlds" (2025)
