A president can be removed for misuse of the public treasury. That's fraud and thievery and has nothing to do with his job of serving the American People. He only has immunity for actions done in the service of the people. Any state should be able to bring criminal charges against him for misuse of public funds, paid into the treasury by that state, and charge him with misconduct, and fraud of that state's taxpayers.

I have been saying this for almost a year and it is long past due for Dems to adopt this framing for 2 reasons:
1) it is entirely and demonstrably true.
2) the public must be prepared for the enormity of what will be required to dismantle the criminal organization and create a better democracy.
Trump is putting enormous pressure on Zelensky because Russia is losing the war. The Russian economy is crumbling and Putin has asked Trump to put pressure on Zelensky. Zelensky must remain strong and defiant. All he has to do is buy time. Both Trump and Putin are on the way out.

An aspect that people may be missing:
Being a crime against humanity doesn't mean it is a particularly terrible crime (although it is that too). It necessarily means that it is "widespread or systematic". It is a huge sex trafficking ring. Epstein was just one piece of the ring.
