I was explaining hoecakes to a friend and she said she had never heard of them. She is gluten free and I was surprised as it is such an old recipe. Yay, technology!!! Been having Internet and email issues all school year. I had been moving to paperless. Today half my class cannot access what I want to do for a variety of reasons. Ok, let's pivot!! Get a piece of paper and we are doing some brainstorm writing. We'll try again next week.

That's the worst! Inversion therapy helps if you have access. I don't so I just hang my torso off the edge of a big table. It helps a little. Wishing you a speedy recovery.

I have been teaching in special education for a bit now. I remember the switch from being the one asking others how to do things to being the one asked how to do things. Surprise, surprise, I use the manual for every IEP.

AO rendering makes a person look like Steven Segal and his portrait look like Alf.

There is an inherent problem with AI art. Evidently, I am Steven Segal and my portrait drawn by a student is Alf. Just don't do AI art, kids. Get art from real artists. They can make you into an x-wing pilot.
