どっちかっていうと、1人1人の人間は飛行機で移動できたんだけどんだけど、みんなの分の重たい荷物を送った宅配便の業者(トラック便や船便)が障害で止まっちゃった感じ。なのでね、今回Xは一時的に荷物も飛行機に載せちゃったんだって！(少しずつしか遅れなくても届かないよりいいから) さっき試したら今は完全回復みたい。

クラウドサービスというより、配信サービスになってるところ。何万人何億人が同じとこの同じコンテンツ見に行くんだから、何も毎回アメリカに見に行かずに近所の我々には同じデータ返してくれればいいわけじゃない。そういうインフラの大手が死んでたのです。

[クラウドサービス「Cloudflare」で障害、Xも不調(IT Media]

11月18日午後8時48分ごろから、CDN（コンテンツ・デリバリー・ネットワーク）サービス「Cloudflare」で障害が発生している。サービスを提供する米Cloudflareは原因を調査中。詳細が明らかになり次第告知するという。

同じタイミングでXも利用しにくい状態に。午後9時6分時点で、アクセスするとCloudflareに起因するエラーが表示される。
