Thank you! And yes, it is so difficult to see how society creates standards for perfection that even affect kids at such a young age. Everyone needs to be a little bit nicer to themselves!

Thank you for the post Sofia! Everyone has heard the negative connotations around therapy and I think there is a stigma around it that needs to go. I've seen a lot of influencers talking about the benefits of therapy without needing a particular "reason" to go, and I'm glad people are discussing it!

I enjoyed reading this post, Caitlin! I am a gymnastics coach and often hear my kids self-criticizing themselves and have to work with them to remind them to be kind to themselves with nice words and a positive "can-do" mindset. Thanks for the interesting read!

I really enjoyed reading this! I find that this is overlooked in so many relationships, but I think that calling people out and telling them to hold themselves accountable is so important, and it's good to write about. So many people live in relationships that are toxic as they try to keep up.

This was an interesting post to read, as when most people think of climate change they think of the Earth warming up and nothing else. Here in Northern Ontario we’ve certainly experienced the effects of climate change with the heaps of snow we’ve had this year!

This book sounds like one of the ultimate guides to reaching your best self and empowering those around you! I also like the idea of lower and higher self, where at our lower self we actually place ourselves above others. It sounds backwards but it makes sense, as we isolate ourselves at the lower.
