update: I did pre-purchase. on the bright side, I love it so far!! on the downside, it's crashed SO MANY TIMES for me. hopefully last night's patch fixed it.

every single time a borderlands game comes out, I rationally tell myself I'll wait for the reviews and get the standard edition during its first sale. but without fail, each time, there's the intense urge to pre-purchase the super deluxe edition. gaming gods, lend me strength, I can't afford this 🫠
