Say injunctions that were put in place to actually maintain the normal at the time processes and that might have actually looked at the legalities of it

But again you’ve gotta understand things like Purcell and how scotus applies it. Seems ironic and a bit stupid but they’ll sometimes protect say new legislation or maps or things even if they are incredibly disruptive and they’ll sort of consider them status quo even tho new vs lower court

The basic logic I think on how it’s used often is like “yes this might be an illegal act in some parts

Even if those things might violate the law or seen as if argued in court they’ll let them ride for the sake of not messing with the elections and have them argued on legality after. It’s stupid but they’ve done it
