This is why the H1B visa thing is happening. This is a form of dissent against the Trump admin and he is trying to bring them to heel by threatening their H1Bs. All of civic society is a threat to his authoritarian designs.

Wondering if this coming so suddenly after the CDC vaccine recommendations, when individual pediatric groups are recommending differently, to force healthcare providers who rely heavily on H1-B visas to follow the CDC recommendations. I don’t think Trump cares but I know he doesn’t like dissent.

Why would they need to reproduce anything? Can’t they subpoena it from Discord or the cell provider. If the roommate is a cooperating witness, then surely they could consent to the subpoena (if they deleted the messages and can’t recall them) to expedite things.
