Looks like it. They don’t like borderline personality disorder, as it’s supposedly untreatable. I just want another mood stabiliser that doesn’t interfere with my diabetes or blood pressure meds. The Gp refuses to get involved, so they have palmed me off on this lot.

Got an email saying I’d been referred to the MH intermediate care team.

Knowing nothing of this lot, I looked it up, some kind of rapid MH triage thingy? Idk. Anyway further down it says they don’t accept patients with Personality Disorders as a primary diagnosis.

So that useful. Smh.

Heavy overcast here, not very encouraging. Even the Grrrk-grrrk-grrrks seem discouraged when I chucked their worms and peanuts out. A day to stay in bed, drink tea and eat unhealthy.

Lots of small neurological changes in the last few years. It’s pointless telling the drs though, they either mock you, or vaguely say it’s probably one of my meds, without specifying.

It’s a little worrying, it seems they are so intent in listening for horses, they don’t see the bloody big zebra.

Idk, my sense of taste seems to be fading slightly, wanting stronger flavours of stuff I like. Perhaps it’s my sense of smell.

Neither did I! So far I think it’s about 10, although it’s difficult to tell as the camera quality isn’t great, and it’s difficult to see coat patterns, and a couple only turn up at night. How do they know?

Here I am, eking out my eyedrops until this month’s subscription arrives later today.

That’s not bad actually. 2 x 15ml bottles lasting me a month. These Amazon basics ones are pretty good, some other brands I can use 4 or more bottles in the same period, without much effect.

Yep, autumn is here definitely, the attic critter is back. This used to drive Gotti spare, I thought of releasing her up there on occasion, but I didn’t want her to get hurt if it was a golden eagle or orc.

A decaf espresso and 2 ginger nut biscuits. So far I’ve found these are the best at dealing with that diabetic urge for something sweet after eating.

You can’t eat too many, and I don’t think they have as much sugar as some other types.

Most diabetic biscuits are revolting or ridiculously pricey.

When a sock is lost, I like to imagine it’s writing letters to its fiance like a Civil War soldier.

Feel very alone recently. Not lonely, I think, just alone.

I would actively seek alone time in the past, but then there was always someone to relate your experiences to. Not so much now.

It was just the other day that I dealt with my email inbox, wasn’t it? Why is it bulging again?

Feel like I need a whip and a chair again, when I look in there now.

Finishing the spicy korma tonight. Mushroom risotto tomorrow, I think. Before that pack of arborio rice decides to hitchhike back to the paddy. (Or wherever the Italians grow it)

An AI frog holding a feather duster

The frog is having a spring clean and tickling my throat with a feather duster.

Yes. That’s all I use the dryers up there for. It doesn’t seem to matter how good the machines are, they always shrink my T-shirts. Mind you, this could be because I try to buy the thinnest and cheapest, or I find I overheat.

I suspect tumble driers do become a fire hazard over the decades, if only because the filters never catch all the fluff, so that has to build up somewhere, providing perfect kindling. Rather like the way flour mills used to explode.
