Pokémon has been a huge part of my life ever since I first discovered the anime on a random Saturday morning in 98 or 99.

I am beyond excited for a Pokémon themed trivia tonight at my friend's barcade in honor of the 30th anniversary! #Pokemon

A quick writing session before work this morning yielded 345 words.

I also did a tiny bit of editing tonight. #amwriting

After all, why shouldn't I write a few thousand words extra?

I wrote 1,115 words today as a fight heats up on the snowy streets of Chicago.

There's just something so satisfying about taking a space opera back to Earth. #amwriting

Closing out the weekend by starting the first round of developmental edits for Project Valentine.

As my first non-Celestial Saga book that I will be releasing, it's a lot of fun to work on! Reading through the first three chapters reminded me how much fun I had writing it. #amwriting

Did a little writing tonight as I added some extra content to Project Sunrise Part I.

That's the good thing about a book being over a year from release, plenty of time to add to it. #amwriting

For dinner tonight I made steak bites, sauteed bell peppers and onion, and cheesy potato medallions.

For dessert, an apple baked with brown sugar and cinnamon, topped with whipped cream and caramel drizzle.

I got my ticket for Project Hail Mary!

I finished season three of the Expanse the other day. If you haven't watched this show, I highly recommend it!

Last week was a rough week at work so I ended up not being as productive on the writing side of things as I would have liked. #amwriting

I finished reading the Silmarillion on Friday. It's my favorite book by Tolkien that I have read and has helped me appreciate the Hobbit and Lord of the Rings book trilogy more.

An update on my limited edition illustrated short story... a resolution has been found and now its just waiting for the incredibly slow shipping to get my new books to me.

These puppies might not be availble until later this year. Stocking stuffers! :) (sigh)

Long day of work and the next two days will be the same. Might delay the start of editing Project Valentine by a week.

Just a friendly reminder to take care of yourself. Writing will be there after if you need to take a break and rest.

Regularly scheduled writing activities have resumed on the sweetest Victory Monday with 1,129 words added to Project Sunrise Part II. It crossed 5,000 words overall! #amwriting

Congratulations to the Seattle Seahawks! I am so happy right now!!!

Since this is Super Bowl Sunday, I want to close out by saying go Seahawks!

In February, I plan to continue work on Project Sunrise Part II and start editing Project Valentine. The first round of developmental edits for Project Valentine will begin next weekend. I plan on doing a couple rounds of developmental edits before starting the technical edits.
