Most people don’t know that with SNAP you are banned from buying “foods that are hot at the point of sale”. So even if you have SNAP (which people don’t now) you can’t get cooked food. Which means you need to also actually have the resources to PREPARE a “healthy” meal.

I think therapy is hard for me to make progress in because I don't necessarily have cognitive distortions in my default state I just have things I need to do that I don't do because of nebulous and partly physical reasons and then not doing those things makes me become a mean sad evil monster

Like I feel like therapy just doesn't help enough for this, I need someone who helps me and takes care of me besides my parents bc my parents just give me other problems but like. Would i end up treating them how I treat my parents?
