Um, no? I just took the pic at St Ouens just before I posted it!

A long, flat sandy beach stretches into the distance. Two horses stand silhouetted against the calm blue sea with a pink granite Norman tower behind them on a rocky outcrop. The tide is very low, maybe as a result of the blood moon, and you could walk all the way to the tower right now and only get your feet wet. Maybe your legs a bit. I dunno because I can’t be bothered!

Beach of the day - Jersey 🇯🇪edition.
I am not in the sea because the moon dragged the tide far far away.
This beach is a wild Atlantic beach, usually great for surfing, but you’d never know today! Calm as calm can be.

There are a crazy number of jersey beans in AoNZ - you either never ever left the parish you were born in or moved half way across the world.

Oh the whole island is beautiful (apart from the crappy rocky bit I nearly drowned on). A beach for every mood. And my favourite thing - Neolithic dolmens!

St John is where I went to Sunday school … not my home parish but where we went to church every week. It’s a lovely church. I sewed tapestry kneeler thingies for there when I was a sprog and raised money to rip the concrete off the gorgeous steeple. Was there yesterday!

The bubbles I focused in on are razorfish/clam holes filling with seawater.
