6.50pm. Storms this morning with cracking thunder & lightning, then a good down pour of rain. Water main up the road burst, had no running water since 9.30am, it won't be restored until 9pm. Saved by rainwater tanks & a ten litre carton of Mount Lofty spring water courtesy of SA Water.

The comet is now moving away from Earth but will be observable in the evening sky for some time yet. To find it, go out around an hour after sunset, find the bright star Arcturus shining low in the west, then look up to around the ten o'clock position from it.
Just a short capture as the trees cover up the comet. You can see the stars of Serpens.
Possibly my last shot of Comet Lemmon for another 1,350 years! C/2025 A6 (Lemmon) is now passing the constellation of Serpens and getting very low as it approaches the Sun #astronomy #astrophotography @stormhour.com @photohour.bsky.social
