I can get the Gonzo/Grover thing, and the chef is very briefly in it, but he has a whole thing about Fozzie not being in it because Frank Oz left etc etc and..he's there? In the pic, in the show, with lines. It's odd.

Having watched this earlier, this review is slightly amiss. Aside from calling Gonzo "Grover", it says there's no Swedish Chef or Fozzie Bear but both are in it (and the latter is in the picture accompanying the article!).
