I'm definitely a fan of the series now. I'm not sure if I want to play Atelier Iris or the Atelier Marie remake next...

Got the "best" ending for Atelier Elie. My original thoughts haven't changed; it was an awesome game with a super fun flow. It's unfortunate that the next few games Lilie, Judie, and Viorate (which I'm pretty sure is "Violet") are all untranslated at this time.

Also the art in Medalist is amazing. Not only are the silly faces funny, but also the emotional highlights are very well done

I'm really enjoying Medalist. It's not just about ice skating. It captures the essence of competitiveness and what it feels like and means to he an athlete, something i personally felt was missing when I read other sports manga

Just finished Atelier Elie and wanted to share some of my favorite art/CGs from the game

Overall, it's unbelievable this game came out in 1998. It feels super solid for the time. I especially love the art and will be posting some of my favorite CGs in a separate thread. Big love, again, to the Atelier Transduction team.

Not to mention, there are 13 (?!?!?!) endings - which adds to my "friend group discussion" theory. I'm probably going to go back and try to get a few that are easily within my reach, but I probably won't get them all.

Overall, Elie did a good job trying to improve on marie, but it feels like it needs a little bit of modern game design because at times events have very specific activation requirements. I had to restart 3 times to get to a point where I was satisfied without the use of a guide

Elie tried to iterate more on what Marie did, specifically with the crafting, events, and exploration. It feels like one of those games meant to be played with a group of friends, each having a different experience then coming together to have a chat to discuss what they found.

Just finished one of the endings for Atelier Elie, which is the second of the Atelier game series. Just like the first game, it's really easy to get sucked into this game and spend a ton of time playing during one session. Also like Marie, Elie was a ton of fun.

The main character Marlone is supposed to be a normal item shop keeper withoit special abilities, but by the end of my playthrough, she was absolutely stacked. I have her status card and another one for comparison

I should also give a huge thank you to the Atelier Marie + Elie fan translation team from Atelier Traduction. Without their hard work, smaller gems like this would have never reached an international audience.

Just finished Atelier Marie (the original). I decided to try it out after finding out there are a ton of Atelier games. The art is phenomenal and the gameplay loop really sucked me in. It only took me a few play sessions to fully beat.
