Im pretty upset about this, also went to con ops to talk about him, your hands are not tied. Ban him, he is intentionally making the con space uncomfortable for all trans people and many others who are not ok with this

He is inciting drama, just like the confederate flag suit.

So, I have been told by both con ops and flare that an attendee wearing a hat emblazoned with "47" and a Turing point USA symbol is protected by the first amendment and cannot be removed for wearing a hat that can EASILY be argued to be a hate symbol. Thanks for letting the safety for queers erode
