Raven Oak’s writing like the wind

Word Wednesday: FAMILY. Meaning "servants of a household" or "members of a household," from early 1400's from the Latin familia and famulus.

I love studying the history of words. Sometimes the words are complex or unique or just fun, but sometimes I enjoy looking up the history of simple words... like family! I truly thought the word was older than this but according to my resources, it's not. *shrug*

Epic fantasy no less so books that are 400+ pages each. Book 1 and 2 came quick but then came COVID. It knocked me out for a time. I couldn't write at all. It was quite the come-back!

10 years ago (OMG!) Amaskan's Blood, Book I of the Boahim Trilogy, was released which feels like AGES ago. Because of Long COVID, it took a while for the trilogy to complete, but complete it is. Chronic illness did not defeat me! 1/

You have any experience with CPAP-cleaning and/or maintenance devices? A doctor recommended one to connect my CPAP to daily so I wouldn't have to manually deep clean everything so much but said not to tell insurance because it degrades the device : /
