I'll also say this; crime is almost always with rare exception motivated by circumstances. Two years ago, an endocrinologist office laughed at my thyroid concerns and turned me away because they "don't treat transgender cases."

Fast forward two years and now with a competent doctor, they found 9 nodules, one precancerous if not cancer already.
