(I forgot I had reading week so to save money, heading up on the West Coast Main line on slow commuter lines and changing at Crewe since it was only £13 to Manchester and then an extra £10 to get to my town in West Yorkshire and LNER was well over double that to Leeds alone)

I get ya, half sounds like the reason I went to uni in London, get away from a boring ex-mining town up north to a large city plus social progressivism, actually decent public transport and the like down here
