Grief is exhausting. Particularly when it relates to the complex emotions that come with a loss by suicide.

I didn't have the energy to ruminate on the past or fret about the future. I embraced #mindfulness, and I focused only on what was in front of me.

God bless Jimmy Carter. There are few politicians that have such big hearts, who actually care about human beings. It breaks my heart that he wasn’t able to see the first woman elected president. It’s so sad that we live in a world that wouldn’t have gifted that to him and to us.
