Eeeh, my chiropractic is going well, I'm feeling tremendously better than I was and more bendy than in a very long time.
Early days but I'm optimistic for making much better progress on my condition and weight this year.

I had the same with a hotmail address.
I didn't mind his building apprenticeship progress reports and random spam but when he started signing up for porn sites with it, I closed *my account. No idea if his version stayed live but figured I was well out of that either way.
Road sign in East Yorkshire directing to (amongst others) the Land of Nod. We went looking for it but it is more a pinpoint on a map than an actual settlement.

Yes, this absolutely THIS.
I loved a Drifter.
Texan's too.

Right that's me done for politics on here.
I'm ecstatic at the stand Gorton & Denton have taken and unbelievably impressed and inspired by Rob and Co. in getting up and out to do more than just vote to fight back against the politics of hate and suppression whether wearing red or blue rosettes.
100%. Blindingly obvious that the right wing was only ever going to look further right and by sucking Pint Pot Hitler's cock instead of fighting him, all Starmer has done is alienate people who are never going to follow that ethos of hate even if it does wear a red rosette & pretend it's different.

@bopterror.bsky.social hats off fella, every moment and every leaflet worth it.
Ordinary people getting out there making extraordinary things happen.
I've voted Green for a while now, knowing that a red rosette on a wheelie bin would win here. Your example will push me to do more than just vote.
Chapeau.

Not a lot I can do about it and enough other stuff to worry about TBH.
I've been growing into it since I was about 16, one of these years I'll catch up.
Black and white cat sitting upright on a grey settee looking at me with pure disdain.
Milo, the mother-in-law's cat and boon companion.
Despite the look, he quite likes me too
That's the stop earlier, in the middle of the dual carriageway, slightly further to walk but barely anything in it.
26.02.2026 10:14 — 👍 0 🔁 0 💬 0 📌 0Red X is IKEA, Green X is Ashton tram stop. Nearest entrance to IKEA is facing the Aldi, another one, further around, facing the roundabout that is the entrance to the car park & to the Saintsbury's you'll pass too. Decent size M&S beside Saintsbury's too if that's of interest.

She was piggy in the middle of a pretty toxic situation and her B/f before me seemed pretty controlling and coercive. Not to blow my trumpet but she's a hugely different, confident person now, just not good at the *soft stuff

Wot he said.
We have a couple of these (link), robust against the weather and clunking stuff about inside them. Have a floor and easy to put together, lock shut with / without padlock -but barely thief proof TBH.
Great price here vs same thing in B&Q

Watching @profaliceroberts.bsky.social Rome by train and she's just shown an offshoot of the Appian Way running under a MacDonald's.
That bit really needs to be renamed the Appi-meal-ian way.
I was warned I needed something before I ground my teeth down to the pulp.
I use a bought online one too & it works a treat.
They only need to be seconds in the hot water though for the moulding or they just splodge into a blob of nothing useful.
Or even showing them the film War Games.
