På overfalden har Pravfond til formål at yde retshjælp til russere i udlandet, men dokumenterne fortæller også en anden historie: Fonden er et instrument, som den russiske stat bruger til skjult at finansiere påvirkningsoperationer i Danmark og andre lande.
