He was mentioned a lot in the offseason last year after the D got so much better in the 2nd half. It was mentioned in this article, but the big wildcard may be what happens with the new GM. Will they clean house or stick with existing coaches?

Achane does seem to be different this year. Looks like he’s much more patient- goes hand in hand with the comments about the game slowing down for him.

On the Weaver front, I would love to see him in a 3rd year with Miami. I’d like to see what he can do with a roster with far less turnover.
