I recommend subversion with Tortoise SVN. It makes it a few clicks! I use VisualSVN server on an old gaming PC I repurposed as a server. Now, I have over 100 people who use it for their projects as I'd rather see their projects safe and backed up. Data loss is serious.

First things first. Set up a source control repo. Before any code or even project creation (Unreal) takes place. Get that thing prepped for collaboration and or backup.

Depending on what you need. Namecheap has a really good web builder that's easy enough to use that most people could do it. I did classyham.com and seren.club with it. Their hosting is only a couple bucks a month too :D

As someone who contributes to the Timeline project, and I know multiple requests have been made for them to stop scraping without consent... honestly it's disgusting that they think they can continue doing it.

Seems like they are scraping vrctl to fill their timeline with events. you should slide into their discord and tell them to remove your events if they list you without your permission.
