I was stressed last night waiting for the results, I don't think I've quite felt that terrified for an outcome in a while.

Empanada update: some of them had a rougher time in oven than others, and I definitely need to work on how to make them the right shape x3

If Ratatouille has taught me anything, it's to clean up while I have downtime, especially with a recipe as demanding as empanada.

I should say the cat is fine, I made beef empanada. Cat is just sulking because I wouldn't let him on the counter while I was cooking.

"Mince the garlic" I sure hope tiny chopped garlic is okay, this girl can't mince.

Recipe on my tablet, music on my phone, an impossibly curious cat, let's see if I can make some empanada!
