There’s a concept known as errorless teaching. It’s a way of managing student anxiety around getting a wrong answer. It’s generally basic & fact based.

We seem to have wandered into the idea that life is meant to be like that —that there are correct answers & that you can be guided toward them.

And administrators who make purchasing decisions about educational tech frequently don’t fully understand what they’ve purchased & what they haven’t. It’s been this way for a long time.
