#WeeknightWriters: Honestly, playing this solo game for my ko-fi series has brought me so much joy this week. I am having so much fun with this silly story and it is the most writing I have done in a while!

Make a point of requesting eachother's books at your libraries. I don't know how MANY requests it takes to get a library to stock a book, especially an indie one, but there's only one way to find out.

When I started playing the solo game for this blog series I'm working on, I suddenly wrote 50 pages of notes without even noticing. My brain seems to be fine not over analyzing as long as I am not at my computer 😆

I am over 300 applications deep and so tired 😵‍💫

I also love space and aliens and magic. I guess I can want both though 😂

In Invasive, the religious pilgrims are trying to resurrect the soul of the Earth. Earth was abandoned due to environmental devastation, and they think they can create a new home for its soul by terraforming a new world.

Also I was inspired to do this by reading through @asteyni.bsky.social's series on the same game, so please go check her's out!

#SFFChat: Right now, I am working on a series of blog posts chronicling a playthrough of the solo game "Reincarnated As The Unlovable Villainess?!", which is rooted in the trope of a character being reincarnated in the body of the antagonist of an optome game. Definitely a lot of rebirth there!

Ko-fi is a platform kind of like patreon for supporting creators. It has options for tips, memberships, shops, and commissions all in one place.

#WeeknightWriters: the biggest thing right now is probably just...financial strain. Six months of unemployment has tightened the budget a lot.

I am working on getting my ko-fi up and running again, so helping me boost that or sales from my shop/itch would be great!

Oh, I know this feeling 😅 Personally, I find I am less inclined to edit when writing by hand. Most of my first drafts get done like that and then I edit them when I type them up.
