This is for popinvoice.com, so that our customers can email invoices using their own "From" address.

Yep. Looking at a few options, like Unstructured.

It's ok for simple text extraction but it's outlived it's purpose now. We're beyond MVP now and will transition to something more sophisticated for extraction.

o1-mini and o1 are now available on bunni.ai.

o1-mini is impressive. Same price as 4o but much more comprehensive answers.

I can't really see the use of o1 yet for document research use case but included it in anyway. Hoping to discover some neat uses from users!

If you're trying to understand how a particular piece of software or feature is put together, here's a neat way of "reverse engineering" it in Cursor:

Include @codebase so that the AI has access to all of the code, and then ask it to summarise the flow, end to end.

It's not too late to sell your Nazimobile (if you own one).

Of course there are risks to solo founders, which I think are:

- Running out of money before finding product-market fit.

- Succumbing to a highly stressful endeavour.

- Tonnes more competition in a short space of time.

These 2 parts from Sam Altman's Reflections article gets me excited to be in the AI space.

Nobody really has a recipe to building a business with and for AI.

Which gives solo founders and small teams a huge advantage. We can move faster than incumbents...

Pricing experiment on my Notion date automation tool seems to be working well.

Previous plan: $1 pay per use.

I used Cursor with its agent feature. And just kept prompting one feature after another.

And it's done!

Bookmarking is a misunderstood problem We do not need apps to help us hoard more links.

It's just a generic reference to being able to surface bookmarks automatically (eg when we're writing about something, the relevant bookmarks appear) or by searching for it.
