Someone I work with couldn't understand why she wasn't losing weight despite dieting and eating loads of fresh fruit. Every day for a week, I watched her eat a punnet of strawberries for breakfast....with a LARGE tub of clotted cream and a flake crumbled over the top 🤣🤣
