i was thinking about how on the weekends whenever i do outings with camille we end up driving out of ktown area so i was like is it rly practical living here but tbh the biggest upside is the fact that its so central so it's not too hard to drive to pasadena, noho, east LA, even long beach/south bay

i literally wrote in my journal how much the kindness of those around me makes my life and my mind so much better ❤️‍🩹 anyway took my meds for the first time ystday and fell asleep at 8:30pm (i usually sleep at past 1) even tho a side effect is supposed to be insomnia

my doctor was sooo kind and everything went really well including my blood tests (girl who is always convinced she has prediabetes but always has a normal a1c) & my supervisor at internship was super kind abt me missing two days 😔❤️

well i made today a decent day by going on a nice long walk to drop off my ballot and pick up some yummy food and i got all my home chores done! i still just havent had it in me to socialize aka text or message anyone T__T idk what's wrong with meeeee but prayers up my doctor tmrw is kind

ive always been a bad student and chronically absent but i really just cant get myself to get out of bed more than usual this semester re: my internship.. ystday i also felt myself binge eating out of like.. the feeling like i cant control anything or make any decisions for myself. blah well anyway

at the beginning of last week i felt like i had gotten out of my depressive episode / slump but at the beginning of this week (yesterday) i'm right back in it </3 going to talk to the doctor tmrw abt medication but i'm nervous but yaaa this really impacts my daily functioning yay
