I haven't had it happen on Following, but basically on all other feeds (OnlyPosts, Mutuals etc.) to the point where I had to stop using them since I was missing out on so many posts constantly. Not sure what causes it but it made the feeds unusable for me. :/

I wish there were other options for preventing her from licking but the wound's in such an awkward place that it can't be covered or wrapped up, so I guess this is my life now. No clue how I'm supposed to attend class next week when spring break ends, I'm already exhausted 😵

We switched her to a soft cone that's way longer than the plastic e-cone, but we have to monitor her because she keeps trying to invent yoga poses to groom her butt, and I'm scared she'll find a way again. She just won't stop trying until she figures it out, she's always been that way.

One thing I wish the vet would have told us at pickup is that while your cat's recovering and wearing a cone, monitoring them will be a 24-hour-job for the next 1-2 weeks. I haven't had a full night's sleep in a week, even with two of us keeping an eye on Karhu at home.

She's fine, she just got sulky that we had to get her fluffy pantaloons wet again and that her butt is most likely a bit itchy from her ripping the scab open. I'm gonna invest in a baby monitor at this rate to make sure she's not up to something.

This cat's a goddamn Houdini, we've had to keep an eye on her 24/7 the past days because she's dead clever and keeps pulling stunts like this. Girl you were almost done healing. My god.

Karhu had somehow managed to loosen up her cone to lick at her almost fully healed bum, then got upset when we had to re-wash and sanitise the wound to prevent infection. She had to be swaddled up like a baby and cuddled for 2 hours until she stopped being sad and fell asleep like this.
