'Watching the Wryneck's artsyle is inspired by storybooks, and some scenes are just illustrations! Coupled with the animation style ensure that the workload isn't too much. Animation is hard, when there is basically no budget, work with what have.

It takes months and even YEARS to fully upload even a pilot, and sometimes it will flop, that is just the way of the internet- but as long as there was enjoyment from it, it is worth it. Not everything to be made needs to make it big and high-budget. What matters is the story being told.

Yeah, to fit the time and budget for our project we have to keep scenes as just still illustrations- no animation, and any animation that IS there is highly simplistic. That is to save budget for the most labor-intensive part of the pilot, but this is usually overlooked.
