If told to "imagine a blank wall" - that's not happening. I can be in front of an actual blank wall, & my brain will add pictures to it. However, I have found that journaling about something (or whatever comes to mind) or sketching something can help me "ground" once I get going. How about you?

Lily curled up in my hand. This was soon after the other two got up and started running around. Lily was in “five more minutes” mode. She usually starts off getting snuggles and scritches, and then she will suddenly jump up like a jack in the box and start running around. 😅
