I guess what I'd really like to know is... what do people gain from this? I assume it is monetisation but is that it?

I don't know why I am still shocked when I see literally an entire profile, filled with masses of images, videos and content, turns out to be completely fake.

When the account talks about body positivity, self esteem, being true to yourself etc... but all content is stolen with AI alterations.

The image shows the original that has been stolen from another content creator, modified using AI and reposted as though the author is in the video.

When you rule the world... you'll stop stealing others content and using AI to post a different face over them?

😂 Accurate, unfortunately flawed as they seem to be using some third party site to conduct verification. I think I'll just clock it up as a sign and go to the pub instead.

Half the fine art photographers I look in on, I can no longer view without giving significant personal details to someone I have no wish to do so.

Think of it as a cross between X and Facebook - you can post pretty much anything, no censorship like the melts at Meta. But it also has nothing to do with Elon Musk or Mark Suckaturd, which is always a benefit.
