If you were a webcomic artist trying to make the next Berserk, Watchmen, Sin City, Skydoll, Blacksad - basically any acclaimed adult comic you can think of - there are dwindlingly few places you can independently publish that online

Whenever sites come up with new rules like this I thing about how if you were a creator who was making something every bit on the level with a hugely popular and acclaimed series, would you be allowed to share it? Like, if you were sitting on the next Game of Thrones, you couldn’t share that here.
