Going to share something a bit personal. For those of you that don't deal with or understand depression you must understand depression isn't sadness. Depression is pain. There is no "cheering up" from it. It is what it is and it just sucks. Here's how I beat mine.

There is no need for military intervention, just like there was no need in Los Angeles. 02 Deploying the National Guard endangers both civilians and our military personnel. While there is no violence warranting their deployment, this will escalate tension and cause conflict. 03 This will waste money and resources that could be spent feeding the hungry, providing medical services, improving schools, fixing roads, caring for our veterans, etc. 04 Call your elected officials and demand they speak out against this gross misuse of taxpayer funds and military resources. 05 Call this what it is, a distraction & abuse of power, and then continue to focus on the things that matter. Release the Epstein Files. Demand a ceasefire and increased aid to Gaza. Support Texas Democrats. Protect Immigrants. @democracyonthego
