As an RN, I agree that Benadryl is safe for you in quantities allowed per the label. Sometimes, it’s the only thing that works. I take Zyrtec because Claritin gives me mad palpitations. I’ve used Allegra and I like that, too. Allergies are so awful, especially if you’re asthmatic.

Thank you!! It’s an extra nursing shift, but my little summer excursions to see OT7 are costing me an arm, a leg, and perhaps a foot, too. 🤣
