This week, I withdrew from a speaking engagement at a public university because they sent me a list of prohibited “words & concepts.” I will not humor this censorship. It does a disservice to the stories I’m discussing & the audience, who deserve unfettered access to information & conversation.

No one in history
ever desired a "Peace Prize" more
& deserved it less.

What would Trump/"GOP" be saying
if a Biden-era second strike killed helpless Venezuelans?

What would Trump/"GOP" be saying
if Venezuela strikes a boat & kills helpless Americans?

If it took 2, 3, maybe even 4 strikes to sink the boat & "kill 'em all",
why didn't they capture the boat,
the drug evidence
& the 2 defenseless crew members?

Think of what how they could have used all of that physical evidence to prove their case,
(unless the evidence might not prove their case).

To the extent that the economic system supported by our government fails to support our people,
it becomes our government's responsibility to support our people
and/or to modify the economic system to better support our people.
The "GOP" has become obsolete because it doesn't understand our reality.

Now, politicians are emphasizing "affordability",
but high prices are just part of the equation.
Incomes have not kept up with inflating prices & profits.

Government help has become a necessity.
Everyone needs tax breaks +/or subsidies for Healthcare.
Better yet, Medicare for All.
"GOP" says "NO!"

Post-WWII, USA was booming.
Our middle class was ascendent.
You could buy a house & raise a family on 1 income.
Conservatism worked.

Americans know all that is different now.
But do we recall how we got here?

1st, families needed 2 incomes, then multiple jobs.
Now, USA & Conservatism hit a wall.

As we search for what incited the despicable DC shooting,
we cannot be led to ignore that it may have been BETRAYAL.

BETRAYAL in 2020 of Afghanistan & allies that fought for US
BETRAYAL in 2020 of Afghan allies who deserved safe visas
BETRAYAL in 2025 of Afghan allies threatened with deportation

All things must fall
and feed the waiting ground,
the hawk, the stone,
the sorrow we have known.

There is a law
where comfort can be found:
what dies becomes
the seed, the soil, the bone.

Trump politicized the DC shooting to blame Biden
& to justify things they've done & plan to do,
incl. deporting Afghans.

Is it true the shooter was paranoid about being deported to Afghanistan?

Did DC shooter drive from Washington to DC
more because he was incensed by National Guard in DC, or
more because, on 2/29/20, Trump had surrendered Afghanistan, his homeland, to the Taliban he had fought against,
then, over the next 11 months,
removed almost all US troops
& denied most Afghan visas.

Before other conclusions,
USA must consider that the DC shooter may have been radicalized in part by Trump's 2/29/20 surrender of Afghanistan to the Taliban he had fought against side-by-side with Americans
& by Trump's withdrawal of almost all American troops by 1/20/21 resulting in emergency evac.

Trump Admin. is distorting the investigation & response to a radicalized Afghan ally by immediately making it political.

Reminder: Trump's Disastrous Withdrawal: Trump surrendered Afghanistan to the Taliban on 2/29/20 & withdrew almost all US troops.

Biden had to add troops for the emergency evac.

Will the King of Weaklings & his Administration overreact to the shooting of 2 WV National Guard in DC by one radicalized former Afghani Ally by persecuting all Afghani refugees?
