Magnificent medieval glass at All Saint’s North Street, York

Hoard of 11th Century coins found at Suffolk Sizewell C site Archaeologists believe the coins belonged to a local figure who was trying to hide his money.

Its so hard to keep a secret this good, so we are super glad that the Sizewell C coin hoard is out tonight 8pm on Digging for Britain. Tune in to learn more about this wonderful find.

A complete Medieval to early Post Medieval lead-alloy ampulla dating between AD c. 1350 - 1530. Ampulla were used as flasks to contain holy water, as a souvenir of a pilgrimage.
