Yesterday’s entertainment at the Royal Exchange watching Johnny Vegas and a star-studded cast in the sold out ‘Road’. A very different night at the theatre and won’t spoil the fun for those who are going but…get there early and is the intermission really an intermission? 🎭🤔🪩

One from last weekend - Maximo Park were as good as ever on Saturday night at Victoria Warehouse. With Art Brut in support I definitely recommend catching them on tour over the next few weeks! 🎸

First time visit to the legendary Golden Lion in Todmorden to watch the magnificent Young Knives. Great gig and well worth the trip. 🎸🍺🥶

Saturday night at the Bootleg Social in Blackpool. Great venue and the Bluetones were on excellent form. Top support from Balter who are definitely worth a listen. And the last train back to Manchester was actually running and on time - a fine evening at the seaside 🍺🎸👍
