I have been craving fried chicken wings.

This was attempt #1 I used a little cornstarch in the wet batter.

I fry without a thermometer. Never have. I just know when to pull it. I used Maui Wowee as part of the seasonings... #friedchicken #wings

Ingredients
1 cup of cold, heavy whipping cream
1 T vinegar

Method
In a glass jar, add the ingredients and put a lid on it. Shake what ya momma gave ya until it thickens.
