No-one is going to stop Napoleon rescuing Illya today!
Illya is not able to help though. He's zonked & can barely speak or understand anything. Poor Illya. Lots of manhandling & hand holding required.
Optical illusion of a woman bent over some papers. Her sunglasses are pushed up and she is wearing a hair band so the top of her head looks exactly like a Muppet face
Sorry I know the world is in a terrible fix but I've been laughing at this for ten minutes now

Napoleon has permission to go get Illya back. I don't think Waverley suggesting it might be too late has helped his mood.
It's not that he's about to rampage, but he is a one man force to be reckoned with & he's not even seen how rough Illya is yet! He's even in fighting gear not a suit!
Napoleon has found out who got Illya captured & is not a happy bunny. Livid might be how I'd describe him right now.
Rival baddies are messing with Illya's head for funsies & he looks very out of it. Poor Illya. They're being very mean to him.
At the moment though, Napoleon is in summer attire, which has a horrid pattern, but he has got his legs out. Rare for him to flash flesh.
06.03.2026 00:06 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0Oh dear. Illya's about to have a terrible time & Napoleon is not going to be happy about it.

Napoleon is having to talk to a baddie & he doesn't seem pleased. He's being very calm, sensible & diplomatic.
Illya is stuck on his own.
For the lovely British and Irish people here, if you'd like to get a copy of Tiny Moments of Joy for Mothering Sunday or Irish Mother's Day, I'd say today and tomorrow might be the last days to order to guarantee it'll arrive on time. πͺ»πΈhttps://www.swashbucklerpress.com/tiny-moments-of-joy

π§΅Spotted at a Small City Fringe* Festival in Aotearoa New Zealand:
A man (30s?) is a picture of pure pride and joy on watching his very pregnant wife perform in a theatrical song and dance show.
Surrounded by friends, grinning whenever she takes the stage. This is love. (1)
Illya's shirt isn't buttoned up to the top, in contrast to Napoleon all neatly suited. They've been a bit chased already.
Hmmm - now Illya's hat is more of a shiny flatcap. π€
And a bedtime episode of Man From UNCLE...for my mental health. S4 again. Illya's wearing a delightful beret & is picking Napoleon up at the port in Lisbon.

05.03.2026 21:30 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0The painting "Night in the Steppe" shows a vast plain under a bright full moon, the light being distributed over the landscape and the water in an almost magical way.
This work is made by the renowned Ukrainian artist Ivan Marchuk, who invented the unique painting style called "plyontanism" (from the Ukrainian word plyontaty, meaning "to braid"). This technique consists of hundreds of fine, intertwined lines that create depth and an almost textile-like texture.

I like a mix of detectives. Too many detective shows have very similar male detectives. The women tend to be a bit more varied though.
Anyway - trying to remember why I didn't pick up more of these detective stories. π€
I will watch something completely not sexy when this is done if you think that will work.
Or should I watch something a little sexy first, so I don't go completely cold turkey?
