Nice quick weekend trip to Llandudno, Wales. I went to see Michael Sheen in a play called Our Town which was fantastic. Some pics of the very cold & blustery coastline

They’re tubes and I bought them from my local art shop when they had a special offer on

I’ve got a couple of tubes and they’re very nice. But I always buy from independent art shops

Watercolours are definitely a journey and my advice is have lots of fun experimenting 😊 the range of papers & paints are great

They’re not cheap & I’ve been eyeing them for a while, waiting for a deal so I can try them. I think they mix well with other watercolour paints

This time of year always drags. I’m in England, specifically the northwest and it always feels like winter 😂

I’m busy working on lots of new ideas, keeping some quite spontaneous. I’ve got spring on my mind because I’m feeling a little tired of cold damp winter weather. I’m also enjoying using Schminke’s granulation watercolour paints
