I'll be honest with you Reader, i have no idea on how to describe this creature. I'll try to though: A yeti-like monster with ice and tusks as horns and teeth, with the trunk of a mammoth as a tail but it's white like the rest of it's fur, wearing a form of green ushanka, with icicles at the ends of it. It's arms are connected witch chains made of ice. His outfit is a jacket that's mainly cold colours, a normal belt, and pants that are light brown, also wearing brown boots. He's standing firmly in the snow, in the front of a forest, with mountains made of ice even farther out. It's snowing, and something demented is watching him from afar...

tbh I think Disney's Wish could've been a great way to criticize censorship and the idea of a "Thoughtcrime" with how the Wishes work inside the movie (i.e. Magnifico only granting wishes that HE deems beneficial to his kingdom, and if not they're just forgotten)
