In desperate need of an escape from reality I turned to Queens of the Dead (plus bourbon and edibles). It was a super satisfying experience. I love zombies and I love drag queens. I laughed. I was entertained. I wasn’t expected to think very hard. I was bedazzled.

One friend described it as “worse than setting a mousetrap”. 😂

Boo.

My Mom was an awful cook plus a hippie vegetarian when I was growing up so what we ate was always a bit weird. The first time I had refrigerator biscuits at a friend’s house I was like “whoa!” (Later I discovered real food.) I know several people who hate opening those cans - PTSD trigger I guess?

Oh! That’s on my TBR list as well.
