Illarios Wife

It's not the first time either.

Mara and Illario fight dramatically, ending up in broken pottery, Mara banned from entering the Villa, breakups, and lots of revenge flirting with other people to make the other jealous before they ultimately get back together.

Alessa and Lucanis are better and talk it out, after a bit of yelling.

Another comment from a friend "HE LOOKS LIKE AN ANGRY MOM!" ..... yep, thats a mum stare if ever I've seen one 🤣

I just want the bickering 🤣

Day 3 we have "Date Night" and there were so many to choose from!

I wrote about the stolen Gondola, and the dagger he gifted her but I wanted to do a new one where they sneak off to the Villas pool at night for skinny dipping and some alone time while Caterina isnt there to throw Mara out again.

Day 2 was "Jealousy/Envy" so we have Chance enter the scene.

He's been infatuated with Mara for years tho unsuccessfully wooing her. Illario doesn't like this and often disrupts Chances plans. Like the gondola date he stole. (I asked the lovely Leo to cameo part of that fic and it was perfect.)

Day one was "First" so of course I have to write Illario and Maras first kiss.

This happened on her 20th birthday at a party Teia threw for her in the Casino. They snuck off to the cellar to "get more wine" and ended up rushing the kiss and wound up on the floor laughing and kissing more.

So while I am participating in #Illarookweek2026 by writing little fics, I have already started doing things out of order and making my life WAY harder than it needs to be for some reason. So have some photos and brief summaries instead until I throw the fics on AO3. #dragonageveilguard #DATV
