@edwriters.bsky.social Wondering if any national education writers are on the trail of destruction caused by adoption of Student Outcome Focused Governance (SOFG) by school boards across the country (leaving school closures and corruption in its wake).

I fear the goal of SOFG isn't so much something so nefarious like charters, but to get rid of democratically elected school boards. Our current reformers find the public very, very inconvenient.
