We had an electric Fiat 500 and absolutely loved it, but when it had a slight glitch in the audio system and needed an update, the shop loaned us a 500L for the weekend - the "L" in the model name was definitely for "Loser" - the 500L had such poor handling and was horrid to drive.

Usually hard red winter or spring. Experiment and take notes. I mainly bake sourdough bread and use the slow rise method, letting it rise in the refrigerator for 1 or 2 days, then put it cold in a preheated cast iron casserole at around 470°. I keep the extra wheat berries in the freezer.

The flavor is freshly milled flour is so amazing! Milling the flour is a tiny step - I mill directly into the measuring cup (I tare the scale first) and it honestly doesn't take any more time than scooping the flour out of a container or bag. We buy whole wheat berries in 50# bags which is cheaper.

Actually, I think that is a really valid question! They are decorative objects, so could be used as a Christmas ornament, a sun catcher, maybe hung up in an office cubicle, attached to a key for an antique cabinet, or...? Just something fun to hang and enjoy!

Finished the peyote stitch Moon Cat pod on Fridays stream. Today I will bead a hanger and a beaded detail of some sort to hang from the bottom and give it the finishing touch.

Indeed, the evidence has been clear for years - it is shocking that people still don't get it. COVID is quite serious causing a significant number of long COVID cases, as well as early dementia - it is unknown as to whether it will eventually make young people at higher risk for dementia. Mask up!
