Scrolling a timeline and not an Elon Musk in sight

It’s similar to what Twitter used to be. I deleted my account once Elon took over. Had signed up for the beta version of BlueSky, got an invite and have been here since. Tried Mastodon, couldn’t figure it out, even after trying multiple apps (Ivory, Ice Cubes, toot…). BlueSky just feels right.

BlueSky is filling a void that 35+ up been looking for. Social media should be a cool distraction. Not stressful and annoying. Folks wanna laugh and have healthy banter and wit and sarcasm. A feeling of community. Not all these bots and ads and weird ass algorithms and engagement farming
